A lovely character property right in the heart of this beautiful and friendly Suffolk village. 3 Tudor cottages offers a comfortable place to relax after a days exploring the wonderful local towns and villages.
Lovely ten day break in a very comfortable stylish cottage, would recommend the walk to Lavenham along the old railway line, very peaceful walk. Also the walk to East-bergholt to Flatford is lovely. Fantastic sunday lunch including vegetarian option at The Bell pub in Kersley. - would highly recommend. The Black Lion at the top of the village is also very nice and staff very friendly. It was lovely meet Steve and Coco, both great characters. Diolch yn fawr!
Great cottage/location/county. All in all a wonderful week.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage. The local area is lovely and we have enjoyed perusing local shops. We loved Lavenham, Melford Hall and very much appreciated visiting the church. Very comfy bed and thanks for the lovely English sparkling wine.
A superb break. The location of the cottage is fantastic. Great pubs, walks with the dog, and within easy reach of Bury St Edmunds and Felixstowe Beach. The cottage itself is lovely and the thoughtful extra little touches helped make our stay even nicer. Thank you for providing dog treats and the surprise prosecco! We would recommend the cottage 100%. This has been a great stay for us, thank you for your hospitality.
Very comfortable, well equipped cottage. Great location, our first time in Suffolk. A beautiful county and despite Covid restrictions, mask wearing and very mixed weather, have really enjoyed our time here. Many thanks,
3 Tudor Cottage is all we had hoped for and more! Very clean and comfortable and the open fire made us feel cosy on the chilly evenings. We enjoyed meeting the neighbours James and his dog Coco. Mostly ate The Swan but also had some good takeaways - Chinese & Indian. Thank you, Karen, for being so helpful. David & Julie ( and Billy the dog)
A lovely week in a fantastic cottage. Great location for countryside and coast. Enjoyed our chats with James & Coco. Thank you again for everything. Dina & Gary. Scotland
Enjoyed our stay here. Weather has been wonderful so we were able to have some pleasant walks. Our relatives live quite near so we were able to see them. Many Thanks, Mary & David. Thank you for the bubbly
A really enjoyable and comfortable stay. Charming property and well equipped. Thank you for the bubbles in the fridge, left for home totally relaxed. Thank you, Marco & Ann
Lovely week in the cottage much enhanced by the magnificent weather. Enjoyed the 'trappings' of the village including Kentwell and travelling farther afield to Aldeburgh (wonderful day on the beach), Bury and Ipswich Waterfront. Particularly enjoyed dining at The Crown in Stoke-by-Nayland - spectacular flowers there!
Lovely cottage - well equipped despite the Covid 19 restrictions. Loved the paintings, especially the horse by the stairs. Very comfortable bed, pretty garden, all the home comforts. Thank you. PS: even the sun shone for us over the 3 night stay!
The cottage is perfect for us and our little pooch. We love the homely atmosphere and the character. Karen has been a wonderful host and has thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back to discover more of Suffolk and enjoy some of the local restaurants and pubs. We've had a very lovely time. Loving the paintings!
We had a lovely week and enjoyed visiting some old haunts in Suffolk as well as meeting up with friends. A couple of nice meals at The Crown and trips to Woodbridge and Bury St Edmunds. Cottage was lovely and we really enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening with various drinks! Weather was kind so we were very lucky. Thanks.
