Huntingfield is a pretty little village located in the heart of the Suffolk countryside only five miles from the bustling market town of Halesworth. The village itself is most famous for St Mary’s Church and its impressive painted ceiling which brings people from miles around to view the masterpiece. Its will worth a visit if you get the chance. There is also a friendly village pub called the Huntingfield Arms which serves food. Best to call ahead if you plan a visit, just to confirm the opening times.

Surrounding the village is a wealth of footpaths waiting to be explored, which will take you across some of Suffolk’s most beautiful countryside no matter the time of year.

For a greater selection of shops, pubs and restaurants why not take the short drive to nearby Halesworth or if you fancy a trip to the coast the very popular holiday destination of Southwold and its long sandy beach is less than 30 minutes’ drive away.

Mr M,

What a fabulous find, a beautifully clean stunning property with everything you could possibly need and more. A great location to explore the rich history of the surrounding coastal locations. The owners are wonderful hosts, thank you for our amazing holiday.

Previous Customer,

Dunnett's Farm Barn is an absolutely lovely place to stay. It's set in some very pretty grounds with ponds, a bird feeder for bird-watching, a tree house for children, and plenty of space to spread out. Inside, the barn is sparklingly clean. The kitchen is exceptionally well-appointed, nothing missing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are light, airy, modern and everything works very well. It's great to stay somewhere with en-suite bathrooms for all the bedrooms. The living area is comfortable, the under-floor heating works brilliantly and is easy to set for your own needs, the TV and sound bar and all easy to use and properly connected up. It was a real pleasure to get away to this lovely place and get to know Suffolk a bit.

Ms H,
