Step inside and find yourself in the bright and comfortable lounge with pretty cottage windows, wooden furnishings and a comfortable sofa in front of the TV. There is also a dining table with chairs. Continue into the kitchen which is airy and neutral-toned with plenty of surface space for cooking a special meal for your loved ones. Relax with a good book in the sunroom, which has views of the garden. Completing the interior is a family bathroom with a walk-in shower plus two bedrooms – a double with a TV plus a single room with an additional pull-out bed. Outside is a garden with furniture, a BBQ and a swing chair.

The owner Joy Cox was so helpful and kind, she was the most service oriented person - unbelievable! The cottage was very spacious for two people and was a home filled with anything you need. The location was superb, a perfect place to tour - in a week we saw so much and will return soon. We had a wonderful time in the cottage and Suffolk. Joy you were/are a fantastic host and a 'joy' to be around! Sarah your help and support was so appreciated! Suffolk is a wonderful place and the cottage location is the best - perfect! Thank you - we shall return. In the mewantime we have lovely memories!

Brook Hall Lodge ticked all the boxes for us as we are used to rural and felt like it was home from home.and the weather was good to us.
