The accommodation comprises of an open plan living space with three neatly separated areas with a dedicated zone for the kitchen, dining area and sitting room. The bedroom is separated by characterful exposed beams making it feel separate from the rest of the property and yet still open plan to the main living area. An ensuite shower room leads off the bedroom with walk-in shower. Buttermilk Barn has its own garden area which is a real suntrap and the perfect spot to listen to the beautiful bird song. The garden benefits from a patio area and use of a charcoal barbeque is available for dining alfresco in the evening sunshine.
Nestled amidst the beautiful Suffolk countryside, this rural retreat is ideal for those who enjoy walking, birdwatching, and cycling. Buttermilk Barn benefits from a relaxing and quiet location and yet it is just an easy drive from the likes of the historic market town of Framlingham and the popular coastal locations of Southwold, Walberswick, Dunwich and Aldeburgh if you fancy a day at the seaside. What we love about this property: the scenic, rural setting is truly serene and can be enjoyed inside and out of the property. Buttermilk is delightfully cosy with rustic and sophisticated interiors.
Accommodation is all on the ground-floor
Open Plan Kitchen/Sitting/Dining and bedroom: front entrance leads into the dining area with dining table and chairs. Sitting Room: a generous space with ample comfortable seating with sofas and armchairs, a TV, and electric fire. Window overlooks the owners pretty garden and benefits from countryside views beyond. Kitchen: convection microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with ice box, cupboard space, sink.
Bedroom Area: the bedroom is part of the main open plan area but is separated by exposed timber beams. King Size bed, crate-style bedside tables with lamps, shaker wall pegs with coat hangers.
Ensuite Shower Room: walk-in shower, sink and wc, heated towel rail.
Outside: patio area with garden table and chairs for two, picnic table, lawned front area for guest use (not enclosed). A charcoal barbeque is available. Use of secure storage shed is available for bicycles. (Please note bicycles cannot be stored in Buttermilk Barn)

Notes: wi-fi, towels and bed linen provided. Please note: The property is located next door to the owner’s neighbouring property and the sitting room overlooks the owner’s pretty garden. Buttermilk is detached from the owner’s property and has its own patio area and front garden to enjoy.
