Westleton is a pretty village midway between Aldeburgh and Southwold, with the coast at Dunwich only two and a half miles away. Centred around a large green, Westleton is one of the most popular places to stay on the Heritage Coast. It is an ideal base for walking, bird watching, cycling and closely located to Minsmere, as well as the coastal heaths and forests. There are two good pubs, a second-hand book shop and a well-stocked village store/post office - all in the village centre. Much of the area around the village is accessible open heath or mixed woodland, ideal for walkers and there is a new, lottery funded playground.

Great location with wonderful walks both from the cottage and around Dunwich and Minsmere. Garden of the cottage is great for relaxing. Cottage itself comfortable and well equipped.
We have stayed at this cottage several times and have always found it a home from home, lovely to come back to after a long day walking, extremely well equipped and comfortable, and with a quiet position overlooking the green.
The cottage was well located for lovely walks. 2 pubs with excellent food, a minute’s walk. Cafe well worth a visit for cream tea and doggie treats! A lovely, well appointed cottage. Thoroughly recommended. Thanks
Lovely stay at Sunnyside cottage. It was extremely comfortable with an excellent king size bed in the main bedroom (loved the duvet) and a spacious eat in kitchen that was well equipped. Great Suffolk location, all round perfect stay
Very comfortable cottage in a lovely village. Excellent walks from the cottage and easy access for exploring coastal Suffolk.
A comfortable well appointed cottage in an ideal location
This is the second time I have stayed in this cottage and I highly recommend it. It is cosy, extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need and, as an avid birdwatcher, the location is perfect. Minsmere and Dunwich Heath are two miles away and the Common within easy walking distance even for an eighty plus year old! Add to that a delightful garden at the back of the property, full of birdsong, what more could you possibly want? I can't wait to return. Anne
