A lovely, cosy cottage in a beautiful location. We enjoyed visiting Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh and spent a few afternoons on Dunwich beach. Excellent fish and chips at Flora's beach cafe and delicious food at the White Horse in Westleton.
A warm comfortable cottage in an excellent location. We have already booked to return next year.
We enjoyed our week at the cottage, very relaxing with plenty of walks on the doorstep and a short drive away. Couldn’t visit Minsmere unfortunately as we had our dig with us, but that didn’t detract from our stay.
Quite a wet and windy week, but the cottage stayed dry and warm. We used the sofa blanket for extra warmth. Good local walks to Minsmere and Dunwich Heath and enjoyed good food at the Bell (Middleton) and the Anchor at Walberswick
A delightful cottage, clean and well equipped and in a lovely location. Can recommend the walk to Dunwich via the footpath opposite. Many thanks for the laminated map in the folder - invaluable! Good food and beer at the White Horse and at the White Hart, Blythburgh. Lunch sitting at the end of the cottages garden under the pine tree is also highly recommended!
Despite the rain we have had a really lovely holiday. Lovely to be able to walk from the cottage without using the car. Thank you for a clean and comfortable cottage, loved the fire.
A lovely cosy and comfortable cottage. Excellent location. RSPB Minsmere is an absolute must -went nearly every day! Lots of other nice walks from the village. The White Horse Inn was very friendly and welcoming local pub.
