This is a really fantastic place to stay. The house is really well thought out with views across the estuary from most rooms. The house is very clean with modern fixtures and fittings. It’s the perfect place to watch the ferries and yachts sail past and if boats aren’t your thing there’s a real variety of estuary bird life to watch instead. Good walks and a pub nearby. Made for a really enjoyable and relaxing week.

Mrs D,

Quiet but interesting location. Perfect for a peaceful holiday in good weather. The quickest way to the nearest towns are the foot ferry to Harwich and Felixstowe.

Mrs M,

Beautiful property with lovely views over the river Stour. Nice walks in the very near vicinity.

Mr B,

In a wonderfully remote location this property is made by its three balconies with their waterfront views. We spent many a happy hour watching the boats go by, whether it was the tiny lasers or the massive ferries. Well-equipped and with such a bright and light open plan living area on the first floor we would recommend this property for a genuine escape from everyday life.

Mrs W,

Lovely apartment, glorious views, great location, everything was really clean. Really enjoyed watching the sailing club on Wednesday evening.

Mr L,

The property is double aspect and overlooks the river so the views are lovely. It is fully equipped and comfortable, very close to the marina with its pub and access to riverside walks.

Mrs W,

Beautiful well equipped property in superb location with fantastic estuary views. Plenty to do in the area for those who wish to be active. Walks, golf, swimming, places of interest to visit.

Dr S,
