The open plan area which includes the sitting, kitchen and dining areas is a great sociable space decorated in calming green and grey tones. Large French doors open out onto the lovely rear garden which has incredible views of the surrounding marshes and beyond. There is also a separate sitting room for the ultimate relaxation in front of the television. The kitchen comes fully equipped with quality appliances, many of which are Neff branded. Upstairs three bedrooms provide guests with a comfortable haven in which to retire to. The master bedroom is a real treat with its large vaulted window which allows those wonderful countryside views in. The double bedroom with character eaves has a low-level Velux window for allowing plenty of natural light. There is also a twin bedded room decorating in calming white and grey colours. School House comes with three bathrooms for the three bedrooms, with the master having an En-Suite. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 150 yards.

Dunwich is an unspoilt coastal village with a mainly shingle beach. The Ship Inn serves good meals as does the Beach Cafe which is well known for its fish and chips - enjoyed best on the beach. Dunwich adjoins Dingle Marshes Nature Reserve, Dunwich Heath (cliff top is National Trust owned) and Minsmere RSPB is only three miles by foot. Southwold and Aldeburgh are both ten miles away. Trains and buses can be found four miles away at Darsham.

An excellent property in a delightful location. The kitchen had everything you could need and the welcome pack was a very nice touch. We were really comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
This is a delightful property which is very well equipped. We stayed for 2 weeks and the owners contacted us at the end of the first to ask if we wanted fresh linen & towels which was much appreciated. The house looked very welcoming when we arrived.
The photographs of this property are excellent but even they don't capture how beautiful and stylish the cottage is. The style and comfort made for a really relaxing holiday.
Excellent accommodation lovely location
Beautiful views out the back. V comfortable. Good walking from the housre. Good for birders.
Property is ideal if you want to get away from it all. Location is quite isolated, no 'corner' shop for milk and papers, although a good pub with great food is just down the road along with a couple of lovely tearooms, all within walking distance. Layout of property is good, especially with young children, great garden.
