With a wealth of original characterful features throughout, this holiday home provides a perfect blend of cottage charm and contemporary features. Each room has been lovingly furnished to provide a comfortable and welcoming space for you to enjoy a relaxing stay. On the ground floor is a large open plan room comprising of kitchen, dining space, and sitting area which is an ideal sociable space for gathering your friends and family together to enjoy a homecooked meal. There is also a bathroom found on the ground floor. On the first floor you’ll find 3 well proportioned bedrooms, one hosting a double bed and the other two bedrooms hosting twin set up. The first floor is completed by a modern family shower room. Outside is a small courtyard area perfect for a morning coffee or evening tipple.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 1: Double size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (comprising of one single and one small double), bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (comprising of one single and one small double), bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers
Shower room: Shower enclosure, basin and wc.

Outside: small enclosed courtyard area with barrel charcoal barbeque. Picnic bench seating. Please note the courtyard doesn’t adjoin the property and can only be accessed via leaving the cottage by the front door. The courtyard is found to the rear by the parking spaces for the property.
Parking: There are two private parking spaces to the rear of the property.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Pets: 2 well behaved dogs welcome.

Please note: The Old Reading Rooms is located next to the road and therefore some noise is to be expected. Please note, this is a very characterful property and therefore it does have steep stairs and low head height in some areas as to be expected with a property of this age.

Wrentham is a delightful village close to Southwold on the Suffolk Heritage Coast and with a good range of amenities including a village shop and post office, two pubs serving good food and fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway. The unspoilt beach at Cove Hive is just a five minute drive away and a further five minutes by car will take you to the renowned coastal town of Southwold, with its sandy beach, colourful beach huts, iconic pier and lighthouse and a great selection of restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the Adnams Brewery.
