Take a trip to Suffolk and stay in this charming holiday home. Suitable for a mixed group of friends or a family and grandparents, this place can be whatever you want. It’s in the charming village of Wrentham, close to the sea so you can have days on the beach, coastal walks or try out water sports.

As you enter the property you’ll find an open-plan kitchen/diner, completed by a lounge area so everyone can socialise. You’ll notice French doors near the table, so you can eat and enjoy a beautiful view of the gardens. Next door is the sitting room, a cosy spot with a wood burner and a bay window so you can have natural light or firelight as you prefer. Head to the first floor to find a double bedroom and a twin room, plus a bathroom with a deep bath. Continue on to the second floor for the final bedroom, another double. All of the bedrooms have been beautifully decorated and made very comfortable. The property has a driveway out front, and to the rear is a stretching lawn, enclosed by a wooden fence. There’s a patio covered by a roof, featuring a seating area so you can take drinks out in the sunshine. At the end of the garden, you’ll see a summer house. This is a lovely den, perfect for a little relaxing time or drinks after the kids are in bed. It’s equipped with a TV, sofas and a bar.

Family days out can be enjoyed at Southwold Maize Maze (4.5 miles), a great place with lots of activities. Carry on to Southwold (5 miles) and visit the pier for more fun, plus food and incredible views. This is a lovely house that has been decorated to a high standard and is immaculately clean. Its great to have a property with 3 bedrooms of which 2 are doubles as we holiday with my sister. The off street parking for 2 cars is an added bonus as is the garden room and covered garden area. We loved the location within a short drive to Southwold and Read morea 5 min drive to Covehithe and its fantastic beach which is normally deserted. We loved the black dog deli at the end of the lane. This property was lovely. The owners had thought of everything you might need. The village was really nice with 2 pubs, a Chinese and bakery. Great base for visiting the Suffolk coast

We loved Mill Cove. We brought our dog so the fully enclosed garden was so reassuring. The house is in a lovely location - very peaceful and very close to Covehithe beach which was simply stunning. The house is superbly equipped - they've thought of everything. It's one of the best equipped holiday houses we've been in. The notes that were left forRead more us were fantastic. It's beautifully decorated and I'd have happily taken home lots of the decor! (obviously we didn't!). I'd happily return here. It's close enough to Southwold but far enough away for some peace. Hide

Lovely well equipped house in good location for visiting Southwold and other Suffolk gems. Ideal property for a dog as the garden is safe and secure. Walking distance to excellent Five Bells pub for great pub food. The house was very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. Added bonus was the Summer house/bar at the end of the garden.
