This fabulous contemporary holiday home is tucked away down a quiet lane in the charming seaside village of Walberswick on the Suffolk coast and just a 5-10 minute walk from the village green.
This spacious and comfortable house features an open plan kitchen and dining area and a beautifully furnished sitting room with comfy sofas, cosy wood burner and French doors onto a paved terrace and private garden. There is also a separate utility room with door to the ground floor cloakroom.
There are four bedrooms in total: one large double room with ensuite, two twin bedrooms (one with ensuite) and a bunk-bedded room which will accommodate adults as well as children. All are well furnished with comfortable beds and built-in wardrobes offering plenty of storage. There is also a modern family bathroom on the first floor, and the generous bedroom/bathroom facilities in this holiday home make it ideal for large families or groups of friends holidaying together.

Walberswick has much to offer with its two excellent pubs serving locally brewed Adnams Ales and a wide choice of food, a lovely beach and a selection of tea-rooms and gift shops around the village green. There is also an excellent village shop and delicatessen and just across the River Blyth are the many attractions of Southwold.
Southwold is a 15 minute drive from Walberswick but can also be reached by footpaths and cycle paths to the bailey bridge at Southwold harbour or by rowing boat ferry which runs between Easter and September. Southwold has a range of great shops from artisan bakeries to fashionable boutiques and local independent shops and art galleries.
Please be aware that the parking area is shared at this property and that there is STRICTLY parking for 2 vehicles only.
Bed linen, towels and all energy costs are included. This holiday home is centrally heated, has underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. A small basket of logs and kindling is provided on arrival in the winter months (November-March)
A travel cot and highchair are provided but are used at guests' own risk and may be removed at any time without prior warning if deemed unsafe to use by the owner.
The trampoline (seen in the photo of the view from the kitchen/diner) has been removed from the garden.
WiFi is available at the property. Please note: Internet connection in Walberswick can be slow.

Stocks studio is a lovely modern and bright house with plenty of space and bathrooms. It is the second time we've stayed there. It's very clean and perfect walking distance to the seafront. The Marsh walk to the rear of the house is very beautiful. The welcome pack is fantastic and we enjoyed it all. AMuch recommended.
