Housing a washing machine and a separate ground floor cloakroom in here further adds to the convenience for your stay. Hollyhocks offers a farmhouse style kitchen/diner which is a generous space for whipping up some culinary delights and reminiscing after days spent exploring this beautiful coastline over a home cooked meal. With beautiful bespoke units, this well-crafted kitchen is a great space for prepping meals during your stay. To the front of this charming cottage is the sitting room which has comfortable seating and a Smart TV. The light and airy space is made private with café style shutters at the front window.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and a spacious shower room. The master bedroom is a generous room hosting a king size bed and you can open the shutters and look out towards the distant sea. Again, your privacy is in mind here with shutters at the windows. The second bedroom sits to the rear of the property, overlooking the rear courtyard garden. It is beautifully presented and hosts full size twin single beds, making this an ideal property for families and friends looking to holiday in this popular location.
Outside the cottage has a small front garden and, to the rear, a pretty, private, fully enclosed, courtyard style garden offering peace of mind to any visitors with pets or young children. The gate has a high latch as added safety for young children. Start your day with a coffee in the morning sunshine or relax out here into the evening; whatever you decide, this well-presented courtyard with pretty borders is the perfect addition to this seaside cottage.
