Reviews

It was good to be back in the cosiness of Heath Cottage and to make the most of being able to step out of the cottage to enjoy dog walks and bike rides in Walberswick and the surrounding villages and countryside. Another fab holiday in Suffolk!

The Stapletons',

Wonderful few days at the beginning of half term, thank you so much for squeezing us in at short notice! The cottage is lovely and cosy and in the perfect location with amazing views. The weather has been stunning- we have been to Orford, Aldeburgh, Southwold, Snape and Walberswick and enjoyed many pubs (sneaky pints!) on our travels. Sad to go home.

Cross Family,

Lovely few days early October. The weather was fabulous and the cottage was perfect for us.

Mr and Mrs Notts,

As always, a beautiful week in Walberswick and Heath Cottage. We really enjoyed the walk through the marshes to Dunwich. As always, lovely food at the Anchor, Sole Bay Smokery and Southwold Pier. The house really is in a perfect location! Can't wait for our next visit!

Daniel and Jess,

A lovely cottage in a lovely village. Great facilities- perfect for a small family getaway!

Mr Gilmour,

Perfect week- weather was superb! Walked the dogs, swam every day, ate lunch or dinner at The Bell, Dunwich Ship and The Harbour. Didn't use the cars at all! Cottage perfect for our needs. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Marilyn and Sarah,

Great cottage, in ideal spot, especially for walks from the door. Lovely village. Good food at The Bell. Co-op for everyday goods and Black Dog Deli for something special. We had the added bonus of falling asleep listening to the Nightingales sing. No adders or Dartford Warblers for us on the Heath. We'll have to come back.

The Levey Family,

We had a fabulous four night stay at Heath Cottage and found it perfect for us and our dog. The children loved the sand dunes and walks into Southwold; it's just a beautiful part of the world! The cottage is in a great spot and I'm sure we'll be back!

The Bains,

A wild, windy and wet Suffolk weekend! But we enjoyed our favourite walks and places- Minsmere, Southwold etc. Wonderful food in lovely pubs. Thank you to the lady that looks after the cottage and the very welcome tea, cake and milk- all very much appreciated!

Mrs Lowen,
