You’ll find four beautiful bedrooms, two of which have en-suites and there’s also a spacious family bathroom on the first floor.
We know storage is key for your seaside holiday and this property certainly ensures you have ample storage to stow away your gear for those many trips to the beach. This property has a roomy front hall with storage for coats and shoes as well as a handy utility space, with washing machine and tumble dryer.

You are led into the serene garden through the french doors in the lounge. From the french doors, you’ll step out onto the patio area - the perfect spot for alfresco dining or relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day exploring. Conveniently, the gate at the end of the garden leads to a pathway which provides a short cut to the beach and leads you straight to the local village co-op shop, meaning it’s easy to stock up on supplies for your self-catering escape.
Walberswick is a wonderfully traditional seaside village and the beautiful surroundings and bustling atmosphere make it a great holiday location year-round. This property is ideal being tucked just outside of the hustle and bustle of this vibrant seaside village, and yet it boasts just a ten-minute walk into the centre of this lovely holiday hotspot.

Bedroom – King size room with en-suite shower cubicle, basin and wc.

Garden: Large, south facing garden with table and chairs. (Access for neighbour through side gate which is to the edge of the garden). Garden is accessed through the french doors in the lounge.
Parking: Private parking for two cars only in front of the house (in front of back door). Strictly No Parking on the Moorside lane. All other vehicles must park at the public car parks.
Heating: Electric heating and the bonus of a cosy wood burner.
Notes: There is a right of way for the neighbour at the side of the garden. It is only at the edge of the garden. The right of way is only used approximately four times a year.
There will be a starter pack only for the wood burner.
There is no smoking at this property.
