Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

The property was exactly what we was after an ideal size and in a great location close to town. The property was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated all fixtures and fittings were of high quality and the private parking space was an added bonus. Will defiantly keep this property in mind when returning to Southwold in the future.
Well presented and well positioned property. Very quiet and relaxing. Beds very comfortable and very modern appliances - everything thought of to make your stay confortable and hassle free.
