Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

Excellent property. Close to all amenities and beach is just a few minutes walk away. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the garden is lovely to sit and watch the rabbits and birds.
Ideally situated for beach and town. Everything in the property has been chosen with care and it is very comfortable. Netflix. Well equipped kitchen. Large pleasant garden. Plenty of walks from the door. What more could you want?
We had a fantastic stay, the bungalow was more than we could have wished for. Really well kitted out, lovely and clean, and all mod cons. The bungalow is perfectly located close to the town, pier and beach but in a quiet cul-de-sac so no noise from the town.
