Wherry Cottage oozes coastal charm, from the three double bedrooms decorated in blues and whites with lovely nautical touches to the bronze style sailboats on the chimney breast in the sitting room. Stripped wood floors and a wood burning stove adds to the charm and the stunning open plan kitchen/dining room has large farmhouse table to seat eight. This stylish room has easy garden access through wide bifold doors… a fabulous spot for a coffee and a croissant.
Wherry Cottage is along North Green, just a few minutes walk from the independent shops, cafes, pubs and the popular Swan Hotel. Stroll along the prom with its pastel shade beach huts, and visit the iconic pier and harbour or head to the beach with the buckets and spades… the perfect base for a family seaside escape.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

Lovely property deceptively large and very well equipped, very close to town and beach, first time to Southwold will definately be back.
This property was ideally located within walking distance of everything Southwold has to offer. We would happily come back and stay again.
Excellent location near centre of town and much larger inside than expected. Good that it offered 2 ensuites and a bathroom to go with the 3 bedrooms.
