Enjoy the amazing views from this beautiful third-floor apartment in the heart of Southwold. With plenty of space for two, a king-size bed, private parking, and a balcony where you can watch the sun set it makes the perfect hideaway. The flat’s close to everything in town, with pubs, restaurants and shops on your doorstep and the beach less than 500 metres away.

You’ll have a relaxing stay at this thoughtfully designed apartment, with stylish furnishings and underfloor heating throughout. Laze in the comfortable sitting area of the stunning open-plan room with the Smart TV on and enjoy cooking and eating together in the well-appointed kitchen/diner. You can lie in bed and enjoy the views of the town or watch TV; the bedroom also has a smart en-suite bathroom and there’s a second WC in the cloakroom. Head out to the decked balcony with a drink and nibbles to watch the sun go down on a fantastic day and enjoy the amazing views. The apartment also has a convenient parking space.

Stock up on fresh produce from the shops in town or treat yourselves to dinner out at one of the nearby restaurants or fish and chip shops. Head out for a stroll along the Promenade, which backs the beach, and visit the pier. Spend the day sunbathing or surfing on one of the town’s two beaches, Southwold Pier Beach (less than 500 metres) and Denes Beach. Enjoy a movie at the Electric Picture Palace cinema, catch the foot ferry at the harbour (summer only) or walk over the footbridge across the river to Walberswick to go crabbing. Play golf at the 9-hole course on the heathland of the Common, take a tour of Adnams distillery and be sure to taste their products!

The View is an exceptional holiday apartment. There is nothing I could fault with this accommodation close to all amenities, with a parking space and, of course, the view. We have stayed here before and will definitely be staying again

Lovely accommodation. We tend to find new accommodation for each holiday but would definitely consider a return to The View. We recommend it highly, but the stairs rule it out for some friends.

The View had fantastic views, modern decor and was centrally located. We enjoyed the underfloor heating, watching sunrises and sunsets from the flat and its close proximity to the Adnams shop and lots of bakeries.

The View is in a great position within walking distance of the high street, beach and local restaurants/pubs. It was clean and well equipped. The views were spectacular particularly the sunsets.

The View was lovely, very clean and had everything you could possibly want, the views were amazing to wake up to and parking was a bonus, its also well located for all local amenities. There is nothing we could fault with The View and will definitely be back in the future.

Super apartment and it lived up to its name. We chose the location so we could walk to restaurants in Southwold and it didnt disappoint.
