The Lookout can be found in Southwold's High Street, in the heart of one of Suffolk's most treasured seaside towns. Guests will love being on the doorstep of Southwold's shops, beach and Common.
When entering the property, guests will discover the open plan kitchen, living room and diner. For chillier times of the year, an electric, wood burner style fire keeps the apartment toasty whilst big, sash windows let in floods of natural light. The nautical themes in The Lookout create calming surroundings, fitting perfectly with the location of the flat. Comfortable sofas mean that all four guests can enjoy relaxing by the fire, and a dining table creates a great space for guests to enjoy eating together. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for self-catered breakfasts, lunches, or dinners, should the guests wish to eat in.
The nautical theme runs through the apartment and into the cosy bedrooms. Located at the back of the apartment and down a small staircase, guests won’t need to worry about the noise from Southwold High Street as they will be tucked up, nice and cosy away from the hustle and bustle. The family bathroom has a large shower bath and a heated shower rail.

Great location, flat and people watching. Celebrated Alan's birthday with a tour around Adnams brewery - what an amazing eco-friendly brewery. Enjoyed Southwold, how could you not; and all the surrounding areas - will return.
Had a wonderful couple of days in Southwold to celebrate my mum's 75th birthday. The lookout was the perfect base for us - thank you so much.
Absolutely wonderful stay - thank you so very much. Loved being in the centre of Southwold and we enjoyed watching the comings and goings of the town! Did loads of walking to include parts of the town where we have never been before - there are interesting corners everywhere!
Lovely week in Southwold. Really lucky with the weather, lots of walking - Walberswick, Dunwich etc. Everywhere busy and friendly. Perfect position at The Lookout... judging the temperature before venturing out! Lots of walks to the pier, visits to pubs and coffee shops. Southwold is lovely. The flat was perfect for us and very cosy.
We have spent a lovely weekend in Southwold. The Lookout is a perfect location; clean, cosy & comfortable - hope to be back next year
Thank you very much for another lovely stay in this beautiful home. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time away. Enjoyed a walk along the coastline & ferry boat to Walberswick, then back across the golf course. Minsmere - RSPB - so very tranquil.
