The Sanderling offers self-catering accommodation for a maximum of eight guests in the heart of the seaside town of Southwold. The property oozes appeal for all types of age groups with an excellent standard of furnishings and decor. All of Southwold's main attractions such as the High Street shops, beach, the award winning Pier and the popular eateries are all within easy reach of The Sanderling's location. Kitchen: Electric oven and five ring gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, Neff dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen island which can be used as a breakfast bar, stools, glass doors to patio.

Bedroom 2: King size bed and En-Suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, large rainhead shower, washbasin and wc, heated towel rail.

Bedroom 1: Super king size bed and Juliet balcony. En-Suite Shower Room: Large shower cubicle, large rainhead shower, washbasin and wc, heated towel rail.

Garden: Private enclosed patio area with garden furniture and gas barbecue.
Parking: Private for one very small car inside the garage.
Heating: Gas heating.
Notes: Wi-Fi and towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available to use (please supply your own bedding). A security deposit of £150 is required four weeks prior to your holiday.  This property can accommodate up to eight guests however due to layout we think it best suits six adults and two children.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocer with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is less than 500m away!
