Tibby's View is a pretty, terraced Four Star Gold cottage with rear garden area overlooking St Edmund's Church and Tibby's Green. A short walk takes you to the beach or the High Street shops, cafes and restaurants.
Sitting Room: TV, DVD, CD radio, iPod dock, gas coal effect fire, comfy seating, small desk, views of Tibby's Green and St Edmund's Church. Double doors to kitchen.
Kitchen/Dining Area: Gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, extendable dining table and chairs for 6 guests. Stable door to patio area and across to shingle garden
Utility Area: Washing machine.
Shower Room: Walk-in shower, washbasin and wc.
Bedroom 1: King size bed, TV, DVD.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds.
Bedroom 3: A trundle type (2'6) single bed with a pull out option, so can be made into a twin or linked as a King. (Please note space is restricted and specify your preference at time of booking).
Bathroom: Bath, overbath shower, washbasin and wc.
Garden: Shared pathway leading to rear garden with garden furniture.
Heating: Gas heating.
Notes: Wi-fi and towels provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocer with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is less than 500m away!
