Pugwash Cottage has been renovated to a very good standard including an upgrade of the shower room in 2017. It has a delightful rear garden of which outside dining can be enjoyed during the summer months. Tibby's Green is just a few yards away which is ideal for children and the town centre is just a short walk via the picturesque St Edmund's Church.This property is ideal for families and in the heart of Southwold with only a five minute walk to the beach. The garden was completely redesigned and relaid in 2016 by Champain Landscapes to include grass and a stone terrace, ideal for alfresco family dining (please note there is an access path between the garden and rear courtyard of the property for neighbouring properties to walk through with their wheelie bins etc. The garden is in clear view from the kitchen window plus there is a catch on the gate for added peace of mind with small children).

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

Very comfortable and clean, great location and nice and quiet. Plenty of parking outside the property
We had a lovely time in Southwold and the property was very convenient with a short walk to the High Street and a beautiful park down the road. It was a nice touch to arrive with milk and freshly baked slice as well as some fundamentals for tea and coffee. The house had everything you needed in the kitchen. The back yard was also lovely to relax in around the table in the sun.
