The garden includes grass and a stone terrace, ideal for alfresco family dining (please note there is an access path between the garden and rear courtyard of the property for neighbouring properties to walk through with their wheelie bins etc. The garden is in clear view from the kitchen window plus there is a catch on the gate for added peace of mind with small children).

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
