Sitting Room: A comfortable room with two sofas and a table and lamp to each one. Electric woodburner-effect fire adds to comfort along with a coffee table and bookshelf. White wooden venetian blinds with high quality curtains are provided as well as a 32 inch television, DVD and Bluetooth speaker.
Kitchen/Dining Area: Electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, Bosch slimline dishwasher, washing machine, DAB Radio, table and four chairs and the back door leads to the courtyard with garden furniture.
Bathroom: Fully tiled walls with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and wc. Large heated towel rail along with storage for toiletries.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, wicker chair and ample storage for personal belongings. En-Suite Cloakroom with washbasin and wc, heated towel rail.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
