A fabulous seaside apartment, right on the beach. The Beach House sleeps eight, perfect for a seaside holiday in Southwold! 

This coastal bolthole is a good option for a self catering holiday on the Suffolk coast. Just above the pretty beach huts, the Beach House has accommodation over two floors with four bedrooms and an open plan living and dining space with a beachside balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday but if you fancy a night off from the stove, the town’s pubs and restaurants are just a just stroll away. A small footpath separates the house from the beach so it’s a great option for a family holiday with easy access to the sands for children. This lovely holiday home also has a secluded walled garden, a good place to escape with a book and put your feet up. There’s also a garage with parking for one car.

A holiday in Southwold is on everyone’s wish list, this traditional seaside town is famous for its iconic lighthouse, pier and the excellent Adnams Brewery (so be sure to try a pint or two during your stay!). The food is something special too, dine out on some of the freshest seafood around… just switch off your phone, kick off your shoes and relax.

It’s been 4 years since our last visit to this property and it still didn’t fail to impress - for us it is home from home & we absolutely love our time there. The property’s position is second to none, the views are amazing and it’s comfortable and clean.

Best location in Southwold and a fabulous property. The views from the front bedrooms are outstanding and even better from the lounge/diner. A small balcony, a bench outside, a hidden courtyard garden and best of all, a garage in the centre of Southwold. The equipment in the house showed a lot of thought - so many useful things and all in good order. It was lovely and warm in the house despite the winter weather and we are considering booking the same property again as we liked it so much.

Comfortable, light bright and very well located house. We found everything we needed and would choose to stay again if we return to Southwold. Dog friendly, enclosed property, though the access to the house's private garden is shared with the 2 adjoining flats. Garden not shared.
