Accommodation is spacious, set over two floors with a fabulous open plan family living space. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washer dryer and Smart TV, the dining area is perfect with a large table to seat 8 and French doors onto the pretty walled courtyard garden - perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing at any time of day. There’s a separate sitting room, a lovely well proportioned room with an open brick fireplace and wood burning stove, comfortable sofas and wooden floor. This fabulous self catering holiday home has four bedrooms, two on the ground floor, one ensuite and a separate shower room. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms both with ensuites.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

Exceeded our expectations. Lovely property, well furnished and decorated. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses. Perfect property for three generations. Great to have 3 en-suite bedrooms plus one for grandchildren. Great location in Suffolk’s ideal holiday destination.
Samphire House is ideally situated with easy access to beach, shops etc. The house is well furnished and equipped for our needs. This was our second stay there and we hope to return next year.
