St Edmunds Loft is a second floor apartment in the heart of the popular coastal town of Southwold. Newly renovated to a very high standard and with some of the most spectacular views over Southwold, St Edmunds Loft offers a truly unique experience for guests.
On entering the apartment guests are greeted into a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Flooded with natural light from the large sash windows this room really gives the wow factor. Newly fitted, the kitchen offers guests all appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your self-catering stay. The large dining table makes for the perfect spot for the party to sit down and enjoy your culinary delights. The living space again has been furnished to a high standard with blues and greys giving it a real modern feel. Guests can sit and enjoy views over St Edmunds Green, The Church, the lighthouse and towards the sea beyond.
The apartment offers two bedrooms. Both furnished beautifully with ample storage for your belongings. St Edmunds Loft also has a large family bathroom with bath separate walk-in shower.
Outside the property offers a communal garden area, shared with the two apartments below. A lovely quiet space with seating and flower beds. St Edmunds Loft also has the added bonus of a nearby private parking space. Shops: 250 yards. Pub: 250 yards.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocer with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

Great accomodation, high standard, clean and spacious, with lovely small touches such as treats bag for our dog, plus treats and coffee for the humans.
