Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over fifty years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

Seacroft is in a wonderful position in Southwold. It has a large garden which is secure, and the children in our party enjoyed playing in it, and we felt they were secure. The public areas were very comfortable, especially the upstairs lounge, and the dining room is very impressive.
Fantastic property and location which has been improved further since last year and easily accommodates 15 people. We have been coming to Seacroft for about the last 12 years and will be returning again next year and beyond. Can't wait!
We had a lovely time. This house is great for large groups. Location is just perfect. Only downside was large families like we were with children too. We would have liked more then one television. There are three lounge areas to spread out in , but only one tv. Not that we wanted to watch tv constantly but for us all to fit in the one lounge with it would have been a squeeze
Great location. Great front garden.
My family and I loved staying at Seacroft. It just seems to go on and on and we had some wonderful games of guide and seek. There's plenty of space so that you can all eat together, yet find a quiet nook for some alone time. Highly recommend it.
