Pier View is a spacious first floor holiday apartment on the Suffolk coast, this self catering property is perfect for families or friends looking for a Southwold beachside bolthole in a great location. Interiors are stylish and furnished to a high standard with two double for four guests. There’s a well equipped kitchen/dining room with a table and chairs and all the usual appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting room has plenty of seating with a grey sofa and a couple of arm chairs and extensive coastal views from the bay window. 

Pier View is a popular rental which receives excellent reviews from visitors. With the beach and pier so close, it's a great option for a seaside holiday in Southwold, close to the prom and pretty pastel painted beach huts, stylish shops, cafes and pubs, plus easy access to the many footpaths across the marshes.

Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over 50 years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

Southwold South Green Area - Properties here enjoy one of the best locations in town. In close proximity to South Green, Gun Hill, the beach, the elegant Swan Hotel and popular Red Lion Inn. An excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher, wine shop and delicatessen are even closer.

Well apportioned, spacious top-floor flat giving excellent views out to see and along North Parade to the pier. Kitchen is large, airy and well equipped and both bedrooms very comfortable and nicely decorated. Short walk to the High Street and nearby pubs and restaurants. We've stayed in this apartment before and will do so again.

We love the location, outlook and ambience of this property, with far-reaching views of the sea and the sound of waves on the shore. The main bedroom, sitting room and kitchen are a good size but the bathroom is a bit small. It's useful to have two loos.
