The three bedrooms are a good size but the bathroom is rather small. The shower is easy to operate. The sitting room has comfortable furniture and is a good size. It would be nice to have strong reading lamps for those who prefer to read, write or play games in the evening. The small, very private back garden faces west and the small covered veranda is an ideal place to share late afternoon/evening cups of tea or drinks.
