Why We Love This Property: Bubbles galore! We love the deep, freestanding bathtub. Situated in the centre of the main bathroom, we think it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy bubbles not only in the tub but also in a glass!

From many of them, you can look across South Green towards Gun Hill and the sea and the properties are within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The popular Red Lion Inn overlooking South Green is even closer.

A beautiful enclosed garden and a most convenient location for all of Southwold's attractions.
This is a lovely house and we would definitely love to use it again. The little sun trap rear garden must be lovely for relaxing in when the weather is good. Just as a note for your info, the bin instructions in the folder are not clear- the colours are no longer visible. This might explain why we found the black general waste bin was full to the lid on arrival so we had to take our waste to public bins. It obviously hadn’t been put out for collection the previous week. The other small thing is that the keysafe is in a terrible place at ground level. It was very difficult to see and operate, whilst kneeling on wet pavement. Hope this is helpful.
