Palm House is beautifully decorated throughout in neutral shades with accommodation over three floors. The large sitting room comes complete with an open fire for the cooler evenings and the smart contemporary kitchen/dining room has a large farmhouse table - a sociable space for relaxing and chatting over dinner. The first and second floor bedrooms are bedrooms are simply stunning and offer a touch of luxury with coordinating drapes and bedding. There’s Step outside… the lovely courtyard garden is perfect for a pre-dinner aperitif.

Why we love this property... location, space and style… Palm House has is all, so after a day on the beach why not chill under the fronds of the palm tree while the steak sizzles on the barbeque. Perfect!

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
