Upstairs there are two inviting bedrooms, perfect for two couples or a small family with the family bathroom located on the ground floor. A shared courtyard is located at the rear of the property and is complete with a table and chairs, ideal for some quiet time away from the bustling streets. Located on North Green, Olivers is only a short walk from the centre of the town and has a lovely local convenience store located only a short distance down the road, perfect for fresh bread and a morning paper. Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
