It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

Such a great location. Close to shops, pubs and the beach. Very clean and fittings tastefully chosen. A super little cottage.

Mrs D,

Please advise anyone who can't manage stairs to avoid renting the Nest. It has 3 flights of stairs.

Mrs F,

A very well appointed property with quality appliances. A bonus having 2 bathrooms. Southwold itself is a very friendly place. We were there when it was 25 degrees so took a fan for the bedroom.

Mrs L,

This cottage has everything!

Mrs Bowers B,

One great thing about The Nest is the High Spec appliances - nothing bargain basement here. The rooms on three floors allow one to spend time together and also to escape the television. The nest theme is everywhere and quite charming in a holiday let.
