Open Plan Room with Sitting Area: Smart Samsung TV with Blu-Ray/DVD and 3D capability, French windows lead to front garden with wooden table and reclining chairs (cushions provided for all seats). Dining Area: Table and six chairs. 'Library' Area: With a comfy, modern armchair. Kitchen Area: White gloss units with high quality appliances (Miele, Siemens, Baumatic) including electric oven and induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Krups Nespresso coffee machine and wine fridge. Lots of 'extras' in the kitchen to satisfy the keenest cook. Full length counter top with bar stools. Cloakroom: Washbasin and wc.
Bedroom 1: King size bed, Smart TV and En-Suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, washbasin and wc. Leads to Balcony with table and two bistro chairs and glass surround for a fantastic view of the roofops and sunset.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, TV with Smart capability (Now TV). Both bedrooms have reading lights and Sheridan duck down and feather pillows.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
