'Seas the Day' is a recently refurbished ground floor holiday apartment with the benefit of level access within the property. It has a superb position being only 100m from Southwold's sandy beach, as well as the Lighthouse, Sole Bay Inn and the pretty open spaces of East Green and St James' Green. 'Seas the day' is also a short stroll to the High Street and heart of this iconic seaside town on the Suffolk Coast.
The large, open plan living area has great natural light, making this a wonderful social space for family living with a spacious, well designed kitchen/dining area and cosy lounge area. This space also benefits from underfloor heating.
There are two bedrooms, each with ensuite shower or bath facilities adding a touch of luxury to guests looking for a romantic getaway or a family holiday or short break throughout the year. The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull out bed so can accommodate two people although space is limited.

The front door opens into the hallway which leads to the living area and bedrooms. The apartment has level access wood effect flooring throughout.
Lounge area with sofa, armchairs, coffee tables and TV; kitchen/dining area with built in kitchen units, table and chairs for four, and tub chair. This room has three sash windows, one with sea view, and a bay window onto Stradbroke road, all of which have stylish plantation shutters for privacy. Facilities include washing machine with built in dryer, full sized dishwasher, built in eye level, oven, built in microwave, induction hob, fridge.

Southwold is a delightful seaside town: its colourful beach huts, excellent range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, beautiful sandy beach, award-winning pier and atmospheric harbour, not to mention Adnams Brewery, all add to its timeless appeal. Bring your bucket and spade for some genuine seaside fun, or take a gentle stroll along the promenade and take in the lovely views of the pier, beach huts and lighthouse.
Seas the Day is available for short breaks (minmum 2 nights - out of peak season) and longer holidays throughout the year.
Bed linen and towels are provided and energy costs are included in the price.
There is also a cot at the property for guest's use.
There is WiFi at the property.
One small dog is welcome but is not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms.

We had a lovely time. The accommodation was perfect for our needs and we had great weather. A lovely comfortable flat in a very convenient location. I would definitely stay there again.
We loved it. A gorgeous property! Beautifully furnished and the attention to detail was amazing. Everything was clean and new and the beds were excellent quality.
A beautiful, well equipped apartment in an excellent location with beautiful decor. The location of the apartment was great and we did not need to use the car at all. The people in Southwold are very welcoming and the weather was beautiful.
We had a wonderful stay at Seas the Day. The property is in an excellent location, set back just a few minutes walk from the lovely Southwold seafront and the bustling High Street, with it's variety of eateries, shops and pubs. On-road, free-of-charge parking was readily available; pretty much directly outside the property so loading and unloading the car was easy. The accommodation itself is excellent: clean, bright and airy and maintained to a very high standard. There are good, modern, easy to use appliances i.e. hob, oven, fridge and washing machine. Seas the Day is well equipped and everything we needed was readily available. We took our dog and were able to relax because the floors throughout the property are easy to clean. We have stayed at a variety of holiday homes in Southwold and this was the best so far, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely return - highly recommended.
We have now stayed at 'Seas the Day' twice. The first time was for our first visit to Southwold and then we returned for my birthday as we loved it so much. 'Seas the Day' is perfectly situated close to the beach and also close to the centre of town. We have an 11month old son so being a ground floor apartment made life a lot easier, getting the buggy inside etc. Also there is free parking right outside. The bedrooms are at the other end of the apartment to the living room so no risk of waking our son in the evening when relaxing with some fish and chips and watching tv!! Or when we managed to get a moment to enjoy the new decking out front, it's a little sun trap. The apartment had everything we needed and nice and clean. Southwold is a gorgeous coastal village and we have loved walking along the beach and have definitely enjoyed the Adnams beer and food. It is very family friendly, at the same time there are plenty of pubs and restaurants to visit too. We are planning another visit soon....
