Southwold Rock is a lovely first-floor flat, situated in the heart of the Edwardian seaside town of Southwold on the Suffolk Heritage Coast.

Situated on the high street, this contemporary and spacious apartment sleeps four and is ideal for a couple or family looking for a holiday close to the beach. Southwold Rock has a private entrance and just inside the front door is a small storage space for coats and shoes at the bottom of the stairs. The bright and sunny living room and kitchen on the first floor overlook the High Street and the bedrooms are situated at the rear of the property.

The living room is spacious with plenty of seating and the kitchen/dining room is an open-plan area with freestanding contemporary units, a large dining table and six chairs. The sunlight streams into the kitchen which has large windows to both the front and rear.

The double bedroom is a bright room and thanks to the large sash window offers a glimpse of the harbour. It has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, cupboard with plenty of hanging space, full-length mirror and chest of drawers. Along the corridor is a small second bedroom with bunk beds and a large built-in cupboard with hanging space and shelves. The bathroom has a luxurious roll-top bath with hand-held shower.

A wonderful Easter - many thanks for your hospitality and generosity! We can't wait to return once more - we cannot stay away for long. Many thanks.

Colin,

Lovely stay at Southwold Rock. Seaside break at its best!

Paul and Jean,

Another wonderful Mother's Day weekend stay at Southwold Rock. We always feel like this is a wonderful home from home and love coming to stay. Despite the miserable weather we have had a great weekend and don't want to leave.

Amanda, Steve and Alfie,

Wonderful stay at The Rock as always. Thank you guys for the treats. We love it here!

Fleur, Paul and Will,
