Grace Cottage is the quintessential Southwold cottage, standing in one of the town's most painted and photographed corners, beneath the famous lighthouse. The cottage is only yards from the beach and is ideally located for couples or a family of four who wish to enjoy all that Southwold has to offer -whether it be days spent on the beach or evenings eating out in the wonderful restaurants and local pubs.

Grace Cottage sleeps up to four people with one double bedroom and one twin.

Ercol two-seater sofa and two arm chairs, coffee table, side tables and lamps, Gas coal-effect fire, TV, DVD,Video, Freeview and WiFi. Door through to:

Kitchen/Diner:

Fully equipped kitchen with wooden table and chairs to seat four people, fridge/freezer, electric oven with gas hob,washing machine and microwave. Window with aspect to rear courtyard.

Inner hallway with coat hooks and door to courtyard garden and door through to:

Bathroom:

Bath with electric shower over, sink and WC.

Wooden open-tread stairs from the kitchen lead to the landing.

Bedrooms:

Double bedroom - located at the front of the cottage with views of the pretty street, with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp, chair and sink

Twin bedroom -two single beds, built in cupboard and chest of drawers and window to the rear with a stunning view of the lighthouse.

Outside:

To the rear of the cottage there is a fully enclosed courtyard with a table and chairs. There is a side gate for access from Stradbroke road- ideal for bikes and dogs.

The area:
Southwold is a delightful seaside town: its colourful beach huts, excellent range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, beautiful sandy beach, award-winning pier and atmospheric harbour, not to mention Adnams Brewery, all add to its timeless appeal. Bring your bucket and spade for some genuine seaside fun, or take a gentle stroll along the promenade and take in the lovely views of the pier, beach huts and lighthouse.

Notes:

The cottage has gas central heating throughout and linen and towels are provided.

There is WiFi at Grace Cottage.

One well behaved dog welcome.

Due to the open-tread/steep stairs at this cottage is not suitable for children under 8.
