Sea Gem is an attractive holiday cottage sleeping seven people within a few minutes walk to the beach and pier in the iconic seaside town of Southwold on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. The house caters for family members of all ages with a ground floor bedroom and shower room plus 3 other bedrooms upstairs and a further family bathroom, together with a large garden and off-street parking.
Located in a quiet part of Southwold, Sea Gem is a short walk to the Pier and the nearest corner shop, the well stocked 'Clancy's' sand The Blyth Hotel, with the centre of Southwold just about 5 minute walk away .

Sitting room: spacious and bright open plan sitting area with sofas and chairs, double-sided woodburning stove for sitting and dining areas, french doors to garden. TV/DVD and music system, Wifi.
Kitchen and Dining room: open plan dining area with fitted kitchen and doors to conservatory and garden. Dining table and chairs for eight, electric cooker and gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer available in garage.
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Shower room (ground floor): double shower cubical with drench shower head plus hand held shower, WC, hand basin, towel rail and shaver point.
Bedroom 2: double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and clothes hanging facilities.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedded room, bedside table and lamps, chest of drawers and hanging facilities.
Bedroom 4: Single bedded room with 2'6" bed plus single pull out bed (please bring your own linen and towels for plus one). Chest of drawers and hanging facilities.
Bathroom: shower over bath, WC, hand basin and towel rail.
Although Sea Gem has not been specifically adapted for wheelchair use, the downstairs bedroom, shower room and open plan living areas make it a very comfortable house for those who have limited mobility.
Gas central heating and a wood burning stove. One small basket of logs will be provided on arrival in the winter months (November-March).
Bed linen and towels are provided for seven guests( for the additional guest on pull-out bed, please bring own linen and towels)
Two well behaved dogs are welcome.
Off-street parking for two cars is provided.
