Bedrooms and bathrooms
A king-size bed and luxurious en suite shower room mark out the master suite on the first floor, where there's also a second twin-bedded room and separate bathroom. One floor up, there's another king-size bedroom and shower room, plus a comfortable 'snug' which is perfect for those in need of some quiet time. All three bedrooms are carpeted and have a built-in wardrobe with sliding mirror doors to maximise space and light, while a cloakroom on the ground floor adds the ultimate in convenience.
Cooking and dining
A spacious, open plan ground floor layout puts the emphasis on together-time here - warm oak flooring melds kitchen, dining and seating areas beautifully and with windows on three sides, there's plenty of natural light flooding in too. No expense has been spared: the electric oven and five-ring gas hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher all bear the Neff name and there's a water softener and washer-dryer too. For home-from-home entertainment, look no further than the 54-inch Panasonic TV, iPod dock and Sonos Bluetooth portable speaker, and there's another large TV in the second floor snug if you can't agree on what to watch!
Doors from the ground floor seating area lead into a secluded garden where there's decking and an outdoor dining suite - the idea spot for an al fresco meal or morning coffee and cakes bought fresh one of the nearby bakeries.
Much-coveted in such a central location, Dunlin has off-road parking for one car and has a combination of underfloor and gas central heating to keep guests cosy year-round. WiFi and towels are provided and there's a travel cot and highchair provided to take the hassle out of travelling with young children.
