Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

Deckchairs was a light bright and spacious holiday home. The garden was perfect for our small dog. The off street parking a big plus. The interior decor, deckchair theme certainly put us in a holiday mood! The house was a home from home in terms of equipment and the well stocked shed a thoughtful bonus. It’s location was perfect for the beach and town. Also ideally located to drive out of Southwold to explore the area. We had a perfect 2 week holiday and the property was key to this.

Had everything we needed and in a really quiet spot considering how close to the town centre it is situated. Ideally located for town, beach and the walk along the old railway (Blyth Road)

The property was spacious and very well-appointed. It was perfect for our family and the dog! It seemed obvious that the owners took great pride in their property. Hopefully, we will be able to book this property on another visit to Southwold.
