The large and airy kitchen/diner is ideal for dinner parties - with French doors leading out to the courtyard, al fresco dining will be a breeze - you can even catch up on the latest news headlines on the wall-mounted TV as you eat your cornflakes!

The front door opens onto a spacious hallway, with plenty of room for shoes and suitcases. A ground floor bedroom is warm and inviting and comes complete with use of the family shower room on the same level. The wide and sweeping staircase leads up to the first floor, with views out to the Brewery and rooftops of The Swan and surrounding buildings. Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
