Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over 50 years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

This property is very well equipped, everything you could need was in the kitchen, even the knives were sharp! A very comfortable big bed (super king?) with quality bedding and towels. A convenient location close to the pier and beach and only a 10 minute walk to The Nelson.

Mr B,

The property is in a great location. It was perfect for our holiday with our one year old. Great pram access through the porch, ground floor and lots of space for her to roam. The property was well kitted out which made catering easy as there were all the usual utensils you would have at home which is often quite rare in a rental property. The super king bed in the master was so so comfy and we had a great nights sleep. Would highly recommend the property.
