Divided from the shoreline by a footpath to the beach, Spyglass enjoys beautiful views of East Cliff and the lapping sea from the Master Bedroom, as well glimpses from the sitting room. Comfortably furnished, we couldn’t think of a better base from which to enjoy the lovely town of Southwold. This picturesque corner of Suffolk offers much for all ages. Spyglass too has a very useful ground floor bedroom and ensuite, ideal for those who may find stairs daunting, meaning that the whole family can come and enjoy all that the east coast has to offer. Packed full of charm from the sash windows to the wooden floors, Spyglass harks back to its’ roots to provide a memorable self-catering stay at whatever time of year.

Notes: Wifi, bed linen and towels provided. The main staircase has restricted head height and the treads are quite steep.
Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
