An amazing cottage with stunning views of the sea and gentle sound of the waves Very comfortable and well equipped Super beds and so welcoming
Spyglass is a very comfortable cottage, ideally situated close to the beach with wonderful views of the sea and the pier, yet within close proximity of the High Street. It is very well equipped. Best of all, it has a downstairs bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which was ideal for my elderly mother.
A really lovely property. Very cosy and very well equipped. Lovely views of the sea. Only downsides were an unfathomable oven (extremely difficult to work out) a slightly unfathomable shower and wooden saddles on the floor of the doorways thus creating potential trip hazards. A member of the party was elderly and we took the property because of the downstairs bedroom (which was wonderful) so felt disappointed by the interior raised levels. However, a very warm and comfortable cottage nonetheless.
A very welcome break. A very cosy property in a glorious central position in Southwold. Loved having morning tea in bed looking out over the sea. Superb!
