- Thank you for your email. My advice to the guest would be to aim to park the car elsewhere in Southwold. As you know there are plenty of parking spaces especially at that time of the year. I do not have the exact dimension of our parking space but having looked the type of car up I think it will be tight or possibly too big. The main issue is that The Nelson pub have their supplies going in that way and sometimes their bottles going out. There is always a chance that the car could get scratched even if it is within the space. I therefore think that it is best not to park there. We do not park there ourselves. Only our friends with small cars park there eg Fiat 500. If you preferred not to advertise the parking space I would quite understand. BTW the parking space is not at the pub but adjacent to a right of way to the pub and that is where the difficulty lies. It is worth noting however that the general public do not have access to The Nelson via the right of way. I hope that this answers your question. Regards Alison
A lovely house in southwold town, presented to a high standard, would highly recommend renting this property.
This is the 7th time at Nelson House and our children have grown to appreciate all that Southwold can offer. Nelson House is roomy, comfortable and is exceptionally well located for outings on foot around Southwold. A fantastic experience for all of us.
