Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

We spent a lovely week at Granville House in June 2021. The accommodation was lovely, very clean, beautifully decorated with everything you could need.
The property is in a perfect location for access to shops, restaurants and the beach. The garden is an added bonus. We found it to be an excellent choice in Southwold
Just a note to thank you for making your house available for us to rent. It has been perfect - so well located and equipped. We have enjoyed the delights of Southwold which we have visited a number of times in the past. Our short break this time has been the first break away from home since March which made it particularly welcome. Our best wishes.
