An added treat can be found in Bedroom 2 as you enjoy views out towards the sea: truly magical. The views only emphasise the fantastic location of this cottage.
You can walk to the beach easily, or even bring back a refreshing tipple from the Adnams shop – the possibilities are endless. Pub: 100 yards, Shop: 150 yards.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
