Comfortable seating centres around the feature fireplace and is instantly inviting and homely. For entertaining, the kitchen diner is the ideal size for ‘big’ birthday celebrations or merely a Christmas dinner. With four lovely bedrooms spread across two floors, Brightmer Villa is ideal for families, friends or couples looking to explore this picturesque corner of the county. Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

A wonderful family weekend stay - the house is beautiful and just right for for 9 of us. It was very well equipped and close to everything. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated
A wonderful Christmas week in Southwold Fantastic location and very comfortable and cosy house. The children loved staying up in the attic The Aga was very simple and easy to use and it was lovely and warm in the kitchen as was the rest of the house.
