The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need during your stay but if you do fancy indulging in a seaside favourite, The Little Fish & Chip Shop is just a short stroll away. For those who need a space to work whist away or want to enjoy a good novel then the snug makes for an excellent quiet place to do just that.

Three lovely bedrooms boast a king, double or bunk bed so there is plenty of space for all the family. Even your four-legged friend can join in the fun!

Outside: Courtyard garden with outside dining table and chairs, BBQ, Summer House and table tennis table. There is also an outside WC.

Southwold Central - The property is located in central Southwold within minutes’ walk of the marketplace, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small local shops, including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (Summer only). Remember that the beach is never far away!
