This family-friendly beach house has undergone a complete renovation to provide a gorgeous self-catering stay. The large sitting room boasting panoramic views across the beach is the hub of the home. From the stylish sofas you can look out to sea, watching the sunrise or snuggle in front of the roaring woodburner with a cup of tea. The stunning kitchen-diner certainly has the wow factor and is equipped with all you could possibly need for whipping up some culinary delights.
Continuing on the ground floor, there is a handy utility room and a large shower room to wash those sandy toes. A light and bright twin bedroom (zip and link beds) and ensuite shower room and a luxurious double bedroom fitted with an ensuite bathroom.
The first floor plays host to two further exquisite double bedrooms both furnished with zip and link beds and adjoining jack and jill bathroom. Every inch of this glorious beach house has been thoughtfully designed to ensure that guests have a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Southwold Denes - Southwold Denes stretches from Gun Hill to the harbour's mouth and acts as a vital sea defence for the town. Suffolk Coasts and Heaths are working with several agencies to restore and maintain the area. And a very important area it is. It is the home of skylarks and little terns (please be careful not to disturb the nests) and the habitat of sea holly, sea pea and bird's foot trefoil to name a few. Our properties here enjoy the sunrise over the sea and stunning sunsets over the marshes.

The perfect location for a family holiday with all amenties that Southwold has to offer on the doorstep. A very welcoming and well equipped comfortable house, a home from home.
Southwold is very busy during the summer months and this property located down by the harbour is excellent for access to the beach without all the overcrowding experienced along the promenade, mornings and evenings are especially quiet along the dunes. The property is well furnished with excellent bathrooms to accommodate the number of persons likely to rent it.
