Finally, step out the back and into a suntrap courtyard, a wonderful place to start the day with your morning coffee.

Fab little cosy, homely cottage in a brilliant location. A stones throw from The Nelly and the beach so perfect for a bracing walk after an Adnams or too. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need for a gorgeous break by the sea. A generous welcome pack was a nice touch. Comfy sofas and beds (which you often dont get in rentals) aRead morend nice crisp bed linen aided a restful stay. The gas cooker and grill were a hit with hubby when cooking up brekkie and the girls (2 x 20 year old) loved the proximity to the heart of Southwold. A fab little find. Hide

All was lovely so no real complaints. I felt the shower and cubicle needed an update. But we had hot water and it worked so we were happy! One of the patio chairs broke at first sitting which could have been dangerous but all was good and it was nice to have an outside space. Thank you for the easy booking and confidence booking through you.
