A fantastic location with the famous Nelson pub only around the corner with its bustling atmosphere. Just a few more steps from the Nelson you will find the steps which lead down to the promenade where you can enjoy a bite to eat and freshly made coffee at Suzie’s café whilst looking out to sea. A great pit stop after a walk with your dogs before going back to your bolt hole at Trinity Street. The back door to this property can be found down the passage way alongside the property where you will find a small courtyard with a bistro table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Recently decorated, you will find this self-catering property homely and comfortable and a great choice for your holiday. The sitting room presents very well with grey and blue colour tones and an electric coal affect fire which gives a great focal point and adds to comfort for those cosy evenings. Garden: Small courtyard at rear with bistro table and chairs. (Neighbour has right of way through this outside area).
Parking: Roadside nearby. No parking directly outside the property.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
